Pixar’s ‘Soul’ is claimed to have 2 soundtrack albums with Jon Batiste and Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross

soul, the latest Pixar movie that is devastating all of us, is set to hit Disney + on Christmas Day, but Walt Disney Records is releasing two separate soundtrack albums ahead of the film’s release. An album contains the original score of Trent Reznor & Atticus Rosswhile the other jazz compositions and arrangements of Jon Batiste.

Soul follows a middle school music teacher named Joe Gardner (Jamie Foxx) with a lifelong dream to play jazz on stage in front of an audience. But he accidentally falls on a manhole cover and dies before he gets his chance, and must turn the afterlife back to his body on earth before it’s too late. The film is absolutely full of music, so it makes sense that Disney would need two full albums to contain it all.
