King Von, Chicago rapper, shot useless at 26

Chicago-born Atlanta rapper King Von has died after being shot dead outside an Atlanta nightclub this morning (November 6), according to an Atlanta Police Department spokesman. King Von was 26 years old. According to the spokesman, two groups of men and two off-duty police officers were involved in the shooting. Three people died as a result of the incident and three more were hospitalized. The officers are not injured. Atlanta Police Homicide investigators are investigating who was responsible for the fatal shots.

King Von grew up on the south side of Chicago. He started rapping around 2018 after several prison terms. He quickly signed to Lil Durk’s Only the Family (OTF) label. In December 2018 Von released his breakout song “Crazy Story,” which appeared on Durks Only the Family Involved Vol. 2 label composition. Published by “Crazy Story 2.0” (with Lil Durk) and “Crazy Story, Pt. 3. “

King Von released his debut mixtape Grandson, Vol. He followed the tape with his Levon James project in March 2020. Von released his debut album Welcome to O-Block a week ago. The record features guest appearances from Lil Durk, Polo G, Moneybagg Yo, Fivio Foreign and others.
