Critiques: Fox ‘Thursday’ Soccer Sacks Tuesday rival, Huge Sky takes first soar

In the latest TV show ratings, Fox’s rescheduled Thursday night matchup between the Ravens and the Cowboys averaged 10 million viewers and had a demo rating of 2.8 (for fast nationals) leading to greatly increased competition, with most being toppled regularly every Tuesday.

For example….

CBS | The fall finals for NCIS (8.3 mil / 0.7), FBI (6.6 mil / 0.6), and FBI: Most Wanted (4.8 mil / 0.5) all fell several tenths and hit a number of lows.

NBC | The voice (6.5 mil / 0.7) dropped one-tenth from week to week, while each half contrasted the double pump at the end of Transplant (3.4 mil / 0.4 and 2.9 mil / 0.4) decreased by a tick over the past week.

ABC | The Bachelorette (4.1 mil / 1.1) fell a tenth while the newly oversized Big Sky (3.5 mil / 0.5) saw its first drop in its first season.

THE CW | Swamp Thing (485K / 0.1) and Tell Me a Story (283K / 0.1) hit broadcast audience lows while clinging to a non-zero demo number.

The Live + Same Day numbers given in our rating column do not reflect the overall performance of a program as there is increased use of delayed playback via DVR and streaming platforms, as well as viewing outside the home. Instead, these numbers (Nielsen Fast Nationals, unless labeled finals) aim to merely illustrate trends or superlatives. If an infection develops, carefully monitor it and institute appropriate therapy.
